With more than 20 years in healthcare venture capital, he is a veteran in the industry and brings invaluable experience to our judging panel in advance of Demo Day.

Our Challenge winner (to be announced next month) will take the stage at the Connected Health Conference to present their Amazon voice-enabled solution for diabetes management. Their team developed Sugarpod, a multimodal diabetes care plan solution that provides tailored tasks based on patient preferences, delivered via voice, mobile, video, web interactions; includes a smart foot scanner that detects and alerts patients about potential foot problems.
